Park homes are becoming more and more popular in the UK, offering a cost-effective, eco-friendly and perhaps a more community- and security-minded alternative to bricks and mortar.
Whilst there are many ways to finish the external wall, a park home is usually wrapped in a breathable membrane. And this is where we can step in to put the final touch to your home, delivering the best in looks and energy efficiency.
We would obviously consult with you and review any architectural plans, working with you to choose the system and the finish that you require.
We use the speciality TS Rail System, and all of our park home insultation work is BBA compliant and fully insured.
How We Work With You
After an initial phone discussion to assess your needs (and for you to assess us!), we meet in person at your property to measure up and talk through your requirements in more detail. At that point, we can advise you of any grants that may be on offer, and any dependencies – it may be that it would make sense to have the loft insulated; or it could be that you would need a room ventilated.
We would then send through a detailed quote on email. This would include a full schedule of works and a calculation of how long it would take the work to pay for itself through energy savings. This quote would remain fixed unless we discovered something untoward in the course of the project.
During the project, you would always have access to the project manager, Paul or Gareth, who would in any case perform regular site visits. We pride ourselves that all of our fitters work in a very clean and congenial way, ensuring that the site is as clean and tidy as possible at all times (floors protected, windows covered, etc.), and that our work causes you the minimum of noise or disruption.
